Sheetcam on windows10 pro: lines are not smooth

Hello,
actually I try to run "sheetcam developement" on windows10 pro/64 bit.
The graphics card is a gt730, 2 GB Ram. Nvidia driver , latest version.
All lines that are not horizontal look like steps. Please look at the screenshot attached.
On windows 7 (same computer, dual boot) everything is fine. Same settings on the graphics adapter as on windows 10.
I tried to change some settings on the graphics driver with antialiasing, but nothing changes.
What´s going wrong ?
