Plunge cut

Morning. Brand new here and new to Sheetcam.
I'm having a problem with a couple pieces that I'm trying to cut on the plasma CNC table. The torch is set to "0" and touching the metal I'd like to cut. The cut height is 0.08' When I try to cut the material the torch head doesn't plunge to the set cut height, instead the torch stays about 3/4" off the material. I've gone through all the settings and can't see anything that has been omitted.
Any ideas?
