The custom option issue is a bug in SheetCam. Once you have defined a custom option, SheetCam remembers it and always uses it's settings even if you use different settings in the post. I will try to fix this in the next release.
  post.ModalNumber (" F", feedRate * scale, "0.0###")
In each of the G02 and G03 PP routines to get an integer result - but I have not been successful.
Use
post.ModalNumber (" F", feedRate * scale, "0")
