Sorry, I haven't yet. This is one of thos projects where I am not sure even where to start.

HIYA Les, Well with plasma it is fairly easy as you are only creating 2d shapes to cut.

Circles, squares, triangles,straight lines, arcs, Leadins, Polygons,etc

In mill you create pockets, drill holes tap holes, Pockets with a internal island, etc
