New computer for the Plasma Table

I had a hard drive crash. its been 3 years. I have to re-install MACH3 and Sheetcam . I found my license ID for MACH3 but lost the license drop in file for sheetcam. How do I acquire my license for my sheetcam? I also dont want the new version. I want the one from 3 years ago. I never did the update. my plasma table ran fine with what I had.
