Illustrator Files not importing correctly.

So I’m trying to figure out if the problem is with sheetcam or illustrator.

When I build a file in illustrator, let’s say I piece that’s going in an 8x10 frame, I set it up in inches and build out the svg. When I then import it to sheetcam, if I do 1:1, it becomes smaller than the 8x10. I had to do some trial and error, but I found that 1:1.334 gets it close to the right size, but still not 100% correct. Any ideas on what could be going wrong.

When you import the SVG file a box appears with a bunch of options. Is the pixel size set to 96DPI? If so, try changing it to 90.
