Sheetcam file not showing the same on the plasma

Good day,

I have started using sheetcam to nest on our new plasma a few weeks ago. We were cutting successfully, until they changed the gearbox on our plasma. Now the files that shows and simulate correctly on Sheetcam, does not preview correctly on our plasma

I have attached a file that shows - a simple square flange - nested on sheetcam correctly and how it displays on the plasma.
A part we cut with a file loaded on the plasma and was cutting correctly, then they changed the gearbox/motor and now shows like this.

I am not sure what to try anymore, any help would be appreciated.

If the file cut correctly before the gearbox change it must be an issue with your machine. I have to admit I can't think of any obvious reason for it to do that.

Thank you Les, I will show your post to our supplier who keeps insisting its a user error in sheetcam. I will let you know if I get it right

If I create the Gcode in sheetcam it looks fine and simulates correctly,
but if i load it on a simulator it looks the same as on the plasma, but not like sheetcam.
Below is the g-code. I have attached the job file and a pdf showing the two. Would it maybe be a setting on my computer?

If you still have the old gearbox, I would check the Gear Ratio( 20:1, 50:1 ect) on it and compare it to the new one.If it isn't the same, you will probably have to go into your controller software and recalculate all of your steps again.

I just had another look at the g-code and something looks wrong. What post processor are you using?
