CNC Plasma Fine Tuning

Hi guys, please excuse my lack of knowledge regarding CNC, generally.

I've tried cutting my first job on a DIY plasma build, with some slight issues. I'm wondering if anyone could guide me a bit more, without having to use too much material to find the solution.

It appears that the first hole cuts and finishes, whereas the remaining do not. The square shape is also the same, it finishes are 20mm short in and X and Y axis, for some unknown reason. The measurements for the perimeter cut are perfect (200x200mm).

I am also experiencing quite a bit of bevelling/kerf. My bed is not totally level as of yet, I intend to sort this in the morning.
