How to disable margins in the tool window?

Hello.

There is a need to disable fields in the dialog box for creating a new tool. There is a function to add a custom field post.DefineCustomToolParam. This function is written to the postprocessor.
Is there a similar function or another way to turn off the fields I don't need in the tool creation window?
For example, I want to turn off the dive speed, how do I do that?

Currently there is no way to disable standard tool parameters.
