JD2 problems with post processor

Hello, my problem is when i have an operation ready to be saved as a gcode, the dialog box does not open. this started after sheetcam wouldn't open. it gave me an error message (this rotating plugin has expired) so I downloaded the new version of sheetcam off the website. I was able to open the app, and upload my profile settings, license, path rules, and post processor settings. (See pic). this didn't help at all. the box still doesn't come up. that being said it will open when there isn't an operation set. I was just going to go to the stable version, but I can't seem to figure out how to upload my profile and settings. any insight on getting the newer version to work would be appreciated. Thank you.

In SheetCam turn on Help->debug log then run the post processor. Does it log any errors?

No, pressing run post processor doesn't do anything.

That's very odd. Go to Help->create a support file. If you email me the file I may be able to figure out what is going on.
