Mirror Text option on text tab

Mirror Text option on text tab
Hey Les, a potential suggestion would be add a mirror text option to the text mode tab. If the part is mirrored to create a LH vs RH version, the text also gets mirrored, which is undesirable.

OK, it's done for the next release. I just need to fix the rules issue in the tool table and a few other minor issues before I upload it.
