Problem loading SheetCam

My computer hards drive crashed. I have since installed a new one. Now when I try to load sheetcam the program VC ++ install says that it did not install and that I would have to install it manually. The prompt gives me the address sheetcam.com/download/vc_redist.x86.exe to install it manually. When I enter that address I get the page not available (error 404). How can I get this program to install and get back up an running?

Les, Thanks for the reply. I had already tried loading that file but it did no install. The error I get is 0x50240017 - unspecified error. Don't know what to do or where to go from this point. Suggestions
