cutting outside letters

I am having issues on many of my files have posted in facebook groups and see this can be common, have checked with the lead ins ect, it has started to do it on all my letters soon as I take it over to sheetcam and ruins the letters it makes cuts in the letters any ideas how to avoid this. My file is fine until I transfer it to sheetcam and then it hacks it up- puts archs on the outside of the lead ins that shouldnt be there in my settings its outside offset
