Lead ins and outs disappear when changing X and Y axis

Lead ins and outs disappear when changing X and Y axis

When flipping the X or Y axis while nesting my lead ins and outs disappear on some parts. Even if I have proper spacing for this adjustment. It does not happen on all parts just some. Please help
