Geometry is incompatible with kerf

Every time i try to run a nest done on sheet cam on my plasma table, i am given an error "Geometry is incompatible with kerf". Has anyone else ever had this issues. I've tried editing as many settings as I can but still no different and cannot find any ways around this. any help would be appreciated. The parts are drawn on AutoCAD, nested with Sheetcam and the plasma is an Alphatome 20. Thanks in advance.
