Error message.

Started getting this message this AM.Help please.

That is odd. Did you reinstall SheetCam or move any files? Go to Options->machine->post processor and re-select your post processor.

Tried that and no change.I was changing ref.setting in SC.Here is another screen cap.

Oh, in that case you made a mistake when you edited the post. If you edit the post again and look at the last line you edited you will hopefully see the problem. If not, let me see a copy of the post.

You need an "=" sign after your refdistance

The line should read like this
refDistance = 0.01 * scale

By the way a refDistance of 0.01 is as near zero as makes no difference. Were you trying to set the switch offset?

Thanks Les the * did it. No I was playing with refdistance as I'm having touch off problems. Must have got to ambitious with deleting things. What does the * do?

* is multiply. This is pretty much the standard for most programming languages.
