Color in function of the area

Post by Andreas » Sat Mar 04, 2017 7:32 pm

Another feature that if there is not already, and that I would return to profit, would be to be able to function in a color automatically assigned to a certain area of the drawing, such as passing a programmable surface value the program checks the yellow below that value blue. Already exists this function?

In SheetCam colours indicate the type of contour. Red is outside, yellow is inside and grey is open. You cannot set the colours from your drawing.

I'll explain but google translator does not help me ... when I make a check design to large areas of one color and areas small (holes) another color, in this way, with two tools at different speeds, I make sure that the work to be done at speed from the table Hypertherm large areas and reduced by 40% on small areas. I tried it and it works, wondering if it was possible to implement an automatic function that in complex designs by assigning a minimum area value the program gives the DXF automatically two colors.
