Error Messages Not Understood

Hi,
This may seem to be a silly question but I do not understand these two error messages I am getting.
1 " IJ mode is incremental"
and 2 "Axis not refd to normal condition"
I would be greatful for any information on how to solve these two problems?

What controller are you using? " IJ mode is incremental" sounds correct. Most SheetCam posts use increemental I,J.
