Sheetcam vs mach3

Hello people good night.
I need your help!
I have a plasma cutting table and I use Corel Draw (or Solid Edge) to generate DFX and I use Sheetcam to generate the G Code.
The Sheetcam was working perfectly, with very good cuts and holes, but a few days ago, when I transferred the tap file to mach3, the path is not displayed on the backplot.
The Sheetcam license is valid, so I don't understand the reason for the error. I've tried everything and I don't know what else to do.
Artcam runs, but only turns off the torch at the end, I didn't particularly like it.
I have some cutting services, not much, but now I can't do it because of this problem in the program.
Please anyone who can pass on some information, I will be very grateful.
