Path Rules Not Saving

Hi Guys have been trying solve a problem when saving a part that has path rules applied to it. After i programme and save parts with path rules when i open them back up the path rules have been removed. I have searched through the topics section and from what i can see this was a problem a while ago however has only just started happening to me been fine until now, any suggestions would be great.
