System reboot issues

Has anyone had an issue when you turn the computer on for the start of the day and the program seems like it reinstalled itself? Today, I turned on the computer and the install wizard came up when I booted up Sheetcam and now none of my tools/offsets are saved. It's like it uninstalled the program when the computer was off.
