Up load fail from sheetcam to fire control

Hello....new guy from Joliet Il. when I attempt to up load file from sheet cam to to fire control (Crossfire Pro) It fails each time...No program speed found. this program will not be loaded is the message....I have gone thru all tool settings..ect..by the book...just cant figure it out...any help would be greatly appreciated.....Thanks Tom

What post processor are you using?
Does simulation work in SheetCam?
