Min cut length dthc missing

Min cut length dthc missing

Just noticed the box for min cut length is missing in V6.9.18
I checked post, rebooted pc and still not showing gone back to V6.9.17 all is good.

Is it still missing in 6.9.19? I just ran some tests here and I can't see any obvious issues in 6.9.19.
