Change 'material' to 'stock'

Post by Les Newell »

SheetCam refers to the item to be cut as the 'material'. 'Stock' is technically the correct term. Is it worth me changing this? It has an impact on the translations so I need to decide if this change is worth making.

makes no difference to me, but I see no benefit in the change (I am just 1 sheetcam hobby user).

Doesn't matter to me if it stays material.

I don't care.
Vectric uses 'material' too.

Thanks. I won't bother to change it. I'm going through my to-do list and trying to clear up as many issues as possible before releasing the new stable.

as a non-native English speaker I think I would rather be confused by the term "stock" for the material.
