Kyndill thc problems

Hello all , I am a rookie getting started in the plasma table stuff and am trying to get my table setup with a Kyndill Torch height controller and i am having some issues.
1st issue is that when i start a cut the torch moves to the 1st cut and plunges to the table starts moving and then fires the torch, it does not move to position touch off the plate go to pierce height and then pierce then go to cut height.
2nd issue is that when it does do a cut and that's when as its not doing every cut , it cuts and then the torch wants to plunge into the plate then try to move while it is plunging and that knocks the break away off causing a stop fault. i have provided 2 pics of my wiring and of the breakout board in my system
