The last two lines are the issue. Its moving the torch to home before turning the torch off. So it scores the material. If I manually switch the last two lines it will turn the torch off and NOT go back to home (which is ultimately what I want). The code I posted is what I got from the job you posted and the post as it comes with SheetCam with the one modification to get g31 instead of g28.1.
My code should work correctly since the M05 is before the rapid at the end.
I'm not sure why yours is different unless your post has been modified or there's some other setting in SheetCam that is different. I can't duplicate your problem.
Maybe you should post your post processor.

Oh, I see now. Weird how certain dxf files are giving different gcodes. . .
Attached are two dxf's. BOTH from the same machine, same settings. One has the m05 before rapid move at the end and the other dosnt.
Should also add that the same file (bullet bill) does the same thing on all my computers, does not have the m05 command before rapid move). Same version of sheetcam, post processor, etc.

I didn't open the dxf. I just opened the job file you posted. Is this the same job file that your code came from, because the coordinates are different than what is in my code?

Should have been. I just did 6 other dxf files and they all put the m05 before rapid move. Maybe that one dxf is tainted some how?

That bullet bill regular file was done with a rapid clearance of 0.06", which is below your cut height.

Wanted to update, it was the rapid clearance that was the issue. I was playing with the rapid clearance settings and lower then the cut height would not produce the M05 command. This issue is fixed. Thanks everyone for the help!

I guess that explains why no OnPenUp. It didn't need to move the Z since the height was lower.
I wonder what application one would ever set the rapid clearance lower than the cut height. With all of the confusion caused by this small oversight, maybe it would be a good place for a warning message in the software.
