Post prosessing issue adtech6500

Hi new here not sure if I'm having a sheetcam issue or an adtech issue but my problem is occasionally on files I cannot get them to load on my adtech 6500 I have run post processer the green tool path is present and once I have saved the file if I open it in note pad there's a long list of g code but when I transfer it to the adtech via usb the file will not load the dialogue bar flashes up and if I look in to the file where the gcode should be it just flashes up 0000 before closing and reverting back to previous screen any help much appreciated
