I purchased the sheetcam rotary plugin yesterday and have it installed. I managed to make a simple test cut dxf file and have it programmed for making a straight cut and a basic cope on each end of a tube. The post processor I am currently using for sheetcam is tmc3in1 for mach4:

My machine movement however does not use the a axis to rotate my workpiece (a 1.75 in OD tube). The programs uses x/y coordinates in the code and does not reference any A axis movements.
Do I need to use a specific rotary post processor for the sheetcam rotary plugin with mach4?

Re: sheetcam rotary plugin post processor plasma 4 axis
You need a rotary post processor. The standard posts don't know about the fourth axis.
