Sorry, that was a bit confusing. Wine is a translation layer that allows Windows applications to run on Linux.
Do your other keyboard shortcuts work?

No probs, to be honest I went back to 6.9.7 as the D (duplicate) was not showing or working, on 6.9.7 or 8 the custom keyboard shortcuts worked fine until closing sheetcam and re opening when they had gone back to defaults then.

Just wondering with the custom shortcut keys, does it have to include ctrl + or alt + ?
It would be great if just a single key was available like the D

You don't need ctrl or alt modifiers for shortcuts that appear in right-click menus. D should work for duplicate.
By the way are you still losing settings?

Ah right, no I was just trying to make ctrl +C for copy to just a C shortcut, it's no problem will just need to start learning these shortcuts now, they will be very usefull, I do use the duplicate key a lot now.
All shortcuts saving on closing down and no errors.

Quick load plugin good as well, in fact it seems to start up faster now with recent updates, before it seemed a bit sluggish with the more files I left in quick load folder, if I moved them it speeded up, all good now though.

Just wondering would a search box be possible some day for the quick load, it would be very usefull, it almost looks like you left the perfect gap there

Another one I keep thinking would be worth a mention, if you could add a box with total cut distance of parts selected down there? that really would be a useful feature for pricing, I do it now using the reports,, just an idea.
Thanks
