Crash using layer tool

Hi Les,
Was going to send you the crash report but that crashed as well
It's not a big problem but just thought I would mention it.

Hmm, I can't replicate this one here. Is this Windows or Linux?
Could you describe step by step what you need to do to replicate the fault.

Sorry I'm using windows 7 and latest dev version, very stable apart from that.
I know it's a odd workflow selecting a layer after making a duplicate, but sometimes is does happen.
Maybe easier seeing what happens in this video than trying to explain.
