Tabs at seams

Hello all
I have a problem I hope someone can help me I lay .5 Flat bar side by side and cut across the X axes the problem is when the plasma cutter goes over the seam it does not cut all the way thru leaving a tab still connected I have been told you can fix it with action points but there are two triangles Im not sure how to set it up when I try it the machine slows down at the first triangle but does not speed back up do you need two sets of triangles at each seam ?
