I had to install sheetcam on a new computer. I used the post processor per Luke at CandCNC. torch comes down, touches the ohmic sensor, goes up .150 then goes another .250" roughly, then pierces, lowers some (but not to the specified cut height) and cuts. on holes it never lowers to the cut height at all (.375" hole) switch offset is 0 in sheetcam and .060 in mach

I don't use the ohmic sensor, but I thought you had no switch offset with it. If so, shouldn't the switch offset in Mach3 be 0?

I don't think it has anything to do with mach. It's on another computer

With omic sensing Mach switch offset should also be set to 0...

If you could post a short bit of Gcode it will help rule out some things.

Also is the torch voltage set correctly? if set to high it can cause it to raise higher than the actual cutting height.
