license transfer problem, changing to a different computer.

We are changing computers and cant figure out how to move the sheetcam licence. Do we need an upgrade ? Or can we transfer it somehow. the current computer being used is offline, the computer has serious issues we get the B.S.O.D frequently. I think it was 2007 or 2008 that it was purchased.
