plasma lifting after start

after i load my g-code and zero all set to run the plasma will run to the start position and set the height but after it starts the plasma cut it lifts off the work pc. about 3/4" I know it's something i have not set correctly but I don't know where or how to correct it. also I can not get the work space set?

What post processor are you using, and what tool number have you created for your plasma, can you take some screenshots of your sheetcam tool settings (I use greenshot to take screenshots)

Have you set the correct switch offset in your post processor? If you have THC is it working correctly? Try disabling THC and see if the fault still occurs.
