post processor help

Hi all I have built a cnc plasma with a minithc from ebay floating z axis and
have been using the mp1000thc post is there a better one I should be using

thanks for that am having a little issue with thc rapidly bouncing up and down and moving up after pierce instead of going down to cut height cant quite figure it out also cant find code for thc off and on to set up slow down on hole cuts

Toes,

You have a few things at work here....

1) it sounds like you have the THC up/down checkbox enabled even when not in THC mode on the mach3 >>>ports and pins>>mill options tab

2) it also sounds like you do not have a very long delay set on the THC... Hence increase the delay.

3) I presume that is the po-mo mini THC, that being the case it has a THC inhibit input....need to check the manual... I'll be back later

Yes it is indeed a Po-mo thc running on a td a60 plasma
