Google search <Greek fraternity font> brings up a wide choice. Some are
already in your windows fonts selection.

I know that there are tons of fonts, but I guess I should have asked which ones when plasma cut look good and don't have parts of the letters drop out.

Hello Steve,
I see what you mean unless you want to use the Greek letter "Gamma" for
the "G".
I haven't done any plasma cutting. Letters I've cut are on a router
table. I usually use a bold setting for the font I want and do an
outside cut.
Can you use a short tab to hold the parts that are falling out in place
using the font of your choice?

Need help with a print font

The selection of fonts with bridges to hold the inner parts is pretty limited. If this is a one-off you can break the text into lines/arcs (in autocad for example you can explode the text). You can then manually edit the outlines to add bridges where needed.

hi steveas les explained you can modify the letters in your sign to add the bridges or tabs that will hold the centers in place.

i don't know if you have the ability to edit the letters or not. i had a couple of design ideas that would avoid the dropped centers without modifying the letters themselves but you would need to be able to change the letters to curves.

so, try this, go to fontspace.com (or any of the many font sites) and search for 'greek.' there are at least 5 fonts that can be cut without any modification and still have a sort of greekish feel.

good luck
dick
