While in Sheetcam, click on Help and then down to "Open settings folder". That will show you the location of the settings directory. Look for the file named "SheetCam TNG.ini" or "SheetCam TNG Development.ini" and I believe that holds the settings you want.

If running multiple configs (starting SheetCam with the -c option), you would need to go into each config's directories and look for the same "SheetCam TNG.ini" or "SheetCam TNG Development.ini" file.
