This SheetCam expert seems to have appeared out of the blue recently. Previously, Les was usually the one answering the more difficult questions and providing the more program specific information. He still visits, though not quite as often as I remember. I do recall a request a while ago looking for somebody to help with some SheetCam duties. This must be the new employee. Maybe they would care to introduce themselves?
sheetcamcs2 is Lou Cipriano. He was previously registered on the forum as bLouChip. Lou has taken over some of the SheetCam support work. I am still around to answer the more tricky questions but going forward Lou will be the first point of contact.

@djreiswig , I’m sorry I failed to make an intro earlier, its been drinking from a fire hose for the past month while getting on board, but it’s also been quite fun, I love this stuff.
Clearly there are many customers and followers of Sheetcam, like yourself, that have years more experience with it than I do, and we appreciate everyone’s assistance to requests for help from the community of users. Think of my role as backup to all the great answers that come from this community, and as a conduit into the development team. I’m in this role part time, usually daily but not always, and for brief periods at that, and I have notifications turned ON for this forum and Sheetcam topic in plasmaspider. If I don’t answer a post within 3 days its because I don’t know and I’m reaching back into the dev team for research.
