Slots not completing

I have not had previous problems with slots not completing with inside offset.
The slot is wider than the kerf, but does not get cut on the left side (see pic).
Any help ideas?

We’ve been having trouble with overlapping lines on DXFs exported from Fusion 360 browser edition (I am a teacher) even though we only have 1 sketch.
I don’t know if that is what is happening.

Sheetcam has been the best for importing Fusion DXFs.
Adobe Illustrator has been importing them almost triple oversized.

It does look line an overlapping line problem. I loaded your job and the tool paths look slightly different to your image but if you zoom in on the area closely you can see multiple lines. SheetCam does have a problem with that.

As the lines don’t overlap exactly, SheetCam’s overlapping line detection won’t remove them.
