Restarting issue

Hi Group,
Im having an issues and I think it is related to sheet cam. When I have an Issue and want to restart from a previous line, “ie select the rapid movment before the cut I want to start and select run from here” mach3 flashes the below " Operation: Outside Offset: black T5 plasma 3mm Carbon 1mm kerf" and goes back to a few lines of code from the start but will not start.
Im running this on a home built machine with a UC400eth, gecko drive g540.
Would this be an issues with the tool setup?

When I need to do this, I select the m5 line at the end of the previous cut and press the button set next line. (So I’m sure to get the rapids and references). Then I hit start.
I’ve never tried run from here.

I have done this from the M5 (torch off?) line but from some reason it has stopped working from any line?
It used to work which leads me to believe I have changed something and I can’t work out what I have done.
