Having an issue where I am trying to print a job report and it has the default printer as my shipping label printer which is only 4" x 6", looking for how to change it to a different printer to print full size. I do not see any options to change it
You should be able to click on the page setup button in the print preview.
Yes, but it unfortunately doesn’t give me any option to change the default printer.
Do you have other printers set up in Windows? You could always go to the printers in Windows and change the default printer there.
Sorry, I missunderstood. When you hit the print button in print preview it should ask you what printer you want to use.
I added some screen grabs. My default printer is set as the normal printer, not my shipping label printer but in the job report it still shows as 4" x 6" size which is the size of the label printer. When i click print my default printer is selected correctly but it wont show any preview. I have restarted sheet cam and the computer
Does the page setup window allow you to select a more standard page size?
