Are you using the rotary plugin for SheetCam?

I always figured the ramp angle was based on the cut speed and plunge rate. If they're the same then you get 45 degrees. Maybe I'm wrong.

If you find the calculation in the post that is used when liftclearance is false then you should be able to add a constant value to the material thickness there.

There is a dxf post processor that will run your operations and create a dxf of the cut instead of the normal gcode. See if that does what you need.
I think you'll have to set the operation to no offset to keep the correct dimensions, but I'm not positive.

What is the name of your new part? The parts list is the same in both pictures. Are you accidentally importing a drawing into an existing part instead of creating a new part?

There is a moreposts addin that adds additional buttons for different posts to the toolbar. You should be able to find the addin in one of the menus. It's been a while since I've used sheetcam so I'm not exactly sure where it is.

In my experience, cutting across kerfs with a plasma doesn't work very well. Usually you get a flameout due to lack of material in that area.
Not sure about your drawing. Possibly because the 2 parts have the kerfs touching in the center

Should be able to edit the post processor. To make it match your first file, looks for M3 & add the s1000 after it.

Looks like it's rounding the corners. Possibly a speed or acceleration setting.

In your tool parameter declaration one of the two zeros is the default value. I don't recall which one it is but it should be in the manual. I'm not sure if that is what you're looking for or not.

They are 2 separate installs. You can copy the files in the settings folder from the tng version to the stable version and everything should be back.

If each line is a different layer in your drawing, then in each operation select a different layer.
