Re: Multiple operations from a single file possible?
You can break up the drawing in sheetcam and then set a different operation for each line.
Not sure on the lead out. I don't use them. What quality issues are you having?

Re: Spiral Pocket, Z Direction and holes.
No routing experience, but I seem to recall a way to set up whether z0 is the top of the material or the top of the spoilboard. Maybe in job options or machine options. This would determine if negative Z is up or down.

Re: Precision and G code with 0 length
You can edit the post processor. Look for the 0.#### formats & shorten them to the number of places you need. There is also a rounding function that might help get rid of the 0.00 values if the formatting change doesn't work.

Re: Move overcut to tool setting
Hopefully you are successful with this request. It took me quite a while to get the leads settings added to the tools.
I don't use overcut, so I'm not sure if it relates to the tool more than the operation.

Re: Changing position of a new jet cutting tool
But if you switch the tool numbers and then open an old job, things could get messy. I know the job saves the toolset with it, but if you always use the default toolset like I do, then you will have the wrong tools. Or you could mistakenly merge the toolsets and mess things up. Just things to think ...

Re: Changing position of a new jet cutting tool
I believe they're sorted by tool number only. I've not seen a way to rearrange them without changing tool numbers, which could cause problems when opening old jobs.

Re: Identifying open paths
If you turn on path ends you should see a place that has 2 white dots close together. That is the ends of the open path. If you fix the issue in your CAD program by closing the path, the error should go away. It could also be a short line segment hiding behind a closed path border. Look for 2 white ...

You're in nesting view. The crossed arrows. Switch back to selection view, single arrow. Some things don't work in nesting view.

Guessing you will want them in the post since it will need to calculate the z moves for the tubing dimensions.
