Give this a try. Save the attached file to any convenient folder on your computer then run SheetCam and go to Options->machine->post processor. Click on the 'import post' button. Using the box that appears, navigate to the post and open it.

Do you have any documentation on the Zund implementation of HPGL? As long as the machine supports feed rate it can be added to the code.

I can't think of any way to do that flange with SheetCam.
If this is for a one or two off job, would it be practical to weld the flange on?

That means your copy is not licensed. If you have a license try reinstalling it. If not you need to purchase one.

Does it look correct in Mach? If so you are losing position somehow. What drives are you using? I have experienced lost steps with Gecko drives if they are pushed too hard. Try reducing your acceleration and see if it makes any difference. Another possibility is electrical noise. Be very careful wit...

Ideally you need at least 2 cores running at 2GHz. I'm running a quad core i7 here. Realtime image processing is really power hungry and I'm afraid there isn't much I can do about it.

The posts supplied with SheetCam are stored in Program Files along with SheetCam. Due to file permissions on later versions of Windows it is not possible for normal users to edit any files in Program Files. To get around this when you edit a post in SheetCam it copies the post to application data (i...

I have to admit I'm not familiar with the feather touch. However from what I can see you should get away with just changing the switch offset.

It matches the if that you commented out two lines previously :-)

That post was written by Tom at CandCNC so I'm not all that familiar with how it works but I think the seventh line in your sample should be commented out. Again I'm not sure exactly why Tom turns off THC after the pierce. His system is quite sophisticated and there is probably a very good reason wh...

The last time I saw that error it turned out to be a display driver bug. It is quite likely you have a similar problem. The tricky bit will be finding alternate display drivers for your machine that will work with Win 10. I have seen a number of issues with Win10 and to be honest I would recommend t...

Could you send me a copy of the job file (file->save job). As you say those DTHC off commands probably shouldn't be there. What happens if you manually delete them from the code?
