I am afraid you can't do that in SheetCam. Generally the automatic optimisation should do a pretty good job though you may have to play with the settings a bit for the best results.

In Mach3 go to Config->general config. You should find an option to stop on tool changes. You can put all of your drill holes on one layer. In each drill operation use min hole size and max hole size to select which holes to drill. Only circles between these two sizes will be drilled. If you are spo...

There are two ways of changing the cut order. In start point mode, right click on a start point and select 'properties'. You can then enter the number for that start point. Alternatively right-click and select 'auto cut sequence'. Now click on the start points in order. Right-click and select 'end s...

Is your leadin too large to fit properly? Try reducing the size of the lead in.
If a leadin is too large, SheetCam will move it to try to fit it in.

I am afraid SheetCam cannot currently handle G41/G42. It only generates centreline tool paths.

Open contours are a special case when offsetting. Open paths are always offset to the right. Imigine you are stood on the start of the line, looking along it. The offset will always be to your right. To reverse the offset move the start point to the other end of the line. To do this go to Mode->edit...

Hi Richard, I don't have a post for that. Does the A axis need to be scaled or do you just need to change the Y to A? Go to Options->machine->post processor and slect the 'Minimum g-code noarcs' post. No click on the 'edit post' button and replace every occurrence of " Y" with " A&quo...

If you wish you can upgrade to 6.0.2 for free. Just download it from the website and install it over the top of your existing version. That way you will keep your license and settings.

You must have a pretty old copy of SheetCam. The Mach2 post will work with Mach3. There is very little difference between the two posts.

Can anyone tell me if you are using 32 bit Win7 or 64 bit? I am having trouble replicating this one.
