Have you tried finecuts? I find them a lot better on alum even up to 5mm, not tried thicker tho

Re: Set part order

Not at all, all good things are worth waiting for no matter how long, be great that I use it every day, usually at least twice on same cut file  , should be good that.
Thanks Les

Re: Shape Library Toolpath Error

Thanks David, I'll be fine adding a radius for now it's no problem, don't want to mess anything up, I can do enough of that myself!
Shapes are really useful, thanks 👍

Re: Shape Library Toolpath Error

I've noticed a small problem on a plain rectangle with no corner rad, adding a outside cut operation it says some parts are to small to machine, adding a small rad cures that so easily got around it, just thought I'd mention it.

Set part order

Keep wondering if this might be possible Les? The 'set part order' in nesting is a really handy feature, if it was possible to change the part selected to some sort of highlight/different color that would really be a big help, seem to always miss something and then have to start again somehow, just ...

Cursor position

Hi Les,

This would be a good help if possible?
I use mouse/cursor postion a lot to get co ords for lining up sheet remnants, it's easy to see part position as it is, but I tend to get mixed up between X & Y with the cursor

Something like that would be a big help

Re: Offset adjustment?

Yes I sometimes tweak the kerf width but then the outside dimension changes. I do sometimes just use the 'no offset' on a hole which can do the trick, just keep thinking something with a bit more adjustment might be useful. Not sure what post variable is, sounds a bit complicated  I was just th...

Offset adjustment?

Hi Les, Keep wondering about this if it is possible at all? Could be a useful feature. Supposing when you select inside or the outside offset there was a entry box to make an adjustment to that by a certain amount. ie: selecting inside offset with 1mm adjustment would make the hole 2mm smaller, same...

Re: Open more job files in different tabs

You can open more than one instance of sheetcam, with different jobs loaded, in the operations you can right click and choose copy all, the paste into the other job operations.
You can do the same with different parts as well.
I'm using dev version would think stable will have that as well.
