That looks like a bug in SheetCam. You can work around it by going to Options->application options->drawing import and setting the arc fitting tolerance to 0. Next time you import the drawing it should be correct. Alternatively you can load the drawing using the stable version. I'll do some investig...

It looks to me like you haven't set up any cut operations. You need to tell SheetCam what tools to use and how to cut your drawing. There are some tutorials in Help->about that will hopefully help you understand how it works.

That will happen if you are using the 'Mach3' post. That one is designed for milling/routing and won't work on a plasma. Try the 'Mach3 plasma' post. This is the simplest one and is ideal for testing and initial setup. It doesn't use any THC facilities. Once you have it working with that post switch...

If you are plasma cutting you need a plasma post processor. The 'Mach3 plasma' post is a good starting point. Do you have THC?

At a guess you may be using the wrong post processor. What machine are you running and what post processor are you using?

The most likely reason is that you have the g-code file open in Mach3 at the same time. Mach3 locks the file so other programs can't change it.

Yes, there appears to be something wrong with the 32 bit version of SheetCam. I have restored the old version on the website. If you download and install that version it should work.

Give this a try. Save the attached file to any convenient folder on your computer then run SheetCam and go to Options->machine->post processor. Click on the 'import post' button. Using the box that appears, navigate to the post and open it.

Do you have any documentation on the Zund implementation of HPGL? As long as the machine supports feed rate it can be added to the code.

I can't think of any way to do that flange with SheetCam.
If this is for a one or two off job, would it be practical to weld the flange on?

That means your copy is not licensed. If you have a license try reinstalling it. If not you need to purchase one.

Does it look correct in Mach? If so you are losing position somehow. What drives are you using? I have experienced lost steps with Gecko drives if they are pushed too hard. Try reducing your acceleration and see if it makes any difference. Another possibility is electrical noise. Be very careful wit...

Ideally you need at least 2 cores running at 2GHz. I'm running a quad core i7 here. Realtime image processing is really power hungry and I'm afraid there isn't much I can do about it.

The posts supplied with SheetCam are stored in Program Files along with SheetCam. Due to file permissions on later versions of Windows it is not possible for normal users to edit any files in Program Files. To get around this when you edit a post in SheetCam it copies the post to application data (i...
