M09 flood off on toolchange usb cnc postprocessor

Hello! I'm a very happy sheetcam user and the proud owner of a pneumatic dualhead router with a vacuum bed. I switch my vacuumbed on and off with the flood signal so the vacuum shuts automatic off after a job. The problem is, during a tool change the M09 command is given so the flood/vacuumbed shuts...

Hello Les,

I just discovered the dual head pneumatic system and I like the simplicity of it.

Sounds logical Les,

How is the second Z axis controlled? with M90, M91, M92? or with a b c axis? (I'm running Eding CNC and not mach)

sheetcam pocket & contour combination

Hello! I'm trying to make a certain part but I do not know how to tell sheetcam what to do. I've got a DXF file of a 3d drawing I've made: http://s1.postimg.org/ffavm6v73/3d_sight.jpg DXF file: http://s22.postimg.org/7566fvjzl/dxf.jpg The contour operation is easy, but how do i tell sheetcam that it...

Dual head function sheetcam

Hello! I'm getting a bit tired of toolchanges but can't afford a ATC machine. A dual head machine is quite easy and share y and x axis but have separate Z axis. Can I program Sheetcam to use tool 1 with spindle 1 and tool 2 with spindle 2? That would solve almost all my toolchanges! Hoping to hear f...

V carve, depth per pass

Hello Les!

For some reason the V carve module does not listen to the maximum depth per pass that I enter,

So I want to carve letters 10 mm deep in 2 passes but it does the job in 1 pass. Not to good for the V carving bit.

Settings are normal like a standard flute bit.

Thanks for your input!

Hello Les!

I tried that, just enter M0 in the box but it did not work.

I'm using a DSP deliverd with the machine and the "minimum G-code post processor" from sheetcam.

It stops for a second, than powers up again and continuous to cut
