Re: Scananything .dxf's only open in Sheetcam?
Les,
any chance of an update to the linuxcnc version?
I am presently running 2.8.2 installed via the Debian Buster linuxcnc 2.8.2 iso
I also have a 2.9 run in place install on the machine for QTPlasmaC as well.

Re: Pierce delay not always working.
for command cnc you are also best to ask on the CandCNC forum as they will give you good support or ideas of what the problem may be: https://www.candcnc.net/supportforum/index.php it is their software afterall..... gcode is just a script..... provided G4 Pxxxx is there the machine should stop and w...

Re: Pierce delay not always working.
I frequent both forums, you can PM you problematic file / post the gcode and someone will try to help either here or over at plasmasider.
plasmaspider gets more foot fall, and there are a lot of users of different things.

Re: Custom G-Code for Each Toolset
the gcode snippets are saved in the toolset.
so if you create the gcode snippets in both toolsets when you flip toolsets they will be there in both
once you've created the snippets just remember to save the toolsets

Re: Problem installing SheetCam on Raspberry PI4 (Buster OS)
what does sheetcam require from x86 architecture that it does not like about arm? I ask this dopy question as I've got sheetcam (windows) to run on playonlinux ..... I've also been running sheetcam Linux on Debian bullseye and buster. is it not just a case of missing dependencies on RPI that you nee...

Re: Pierce delay not always working.
it is not likely to be a sheetcam thing post your problematic gcode. it sounds like the thc is not enabled and it's not waiting for the arcok signal. gcode is just machine code / a sequence of events..... what or how your machine interprets it is up to the machine. is commandcnc not candcnc .... it ...
