Re: Development version import problems
You could always export from CorelDraw as an .svg, Sheetcam likes .svg files.

Re: Center torch to hole center and burn from center?
In the Sheetcam options -> Job options -> Material, you can select the origin point. Lower left, Center, Upper Right, etc. If you picked the center, then the torch would start from the material center, then go to the circle edge and start cutting. You would still want to line up the material so the ...

Re: Little holes in my work
I suspect if you were to blow up your file in your drawing program, you would find some stray "dots" placed where Sheetcam is posting them to be cut. I sometimes find these artifacts in some of the artsy drawings. They can be fun to find. If you display your tool-paths and start points in ...

Re: Sheetcam toolpath not showing
On the top of your screen there is a toolbar with a number of push buttons to show or hide a number of different things. You probably clicked on the toolpath button by accident.

Re: No Title
This idea is probably a moot point now that the development version no longer has the warning, but here is my thoughts on the subject anyway. 8) Perhaps the rapid clearance height should not be a job option, but rather a tool option in the tool table, which is then used by the post processor to set ...

Re: Changing the tool description
You'll probably have to reload the CandCNC toolset to get those headings back.

Re: Problems with Linux command CNC after switching to new computer
Over in the CandCNC forum they've had a thread on this. Basically it says with CommandCNC you don't need to use any cut rules as CommandCNC knows when to slowdown for corners and holes by itself. The thread went on to say that cut rules will fight with CommandCNC and give you all kinds of weird prob...

Re: CommandCNC1.1
Yea, I found it and installed it in Sheetcam. The check boxes show up now, everything works great. The reason I had troubles finding it was that I use a computer in my office to do the design stuff. So I had to copy the post on my cutting computer and move it to my design computer to install on Shee...

Re: CommandCNC1.1
CommandCNC1.1 was just released a couple days ago, so I wouldn't doubt that there is a newer post that hasn't been released yet. No big deal, I'm sure it'll all get straightened out next week. I just didn't have a lot to do this weekend, so I started playing with the new program release. From what I...

Yea, I have the latest post, and did actually download it again and select it again, but that didn't seem to do the trick.

CommandCNC1.1
Hi Les, I have a question/problem? I'm in the process of upgrading my CandCNC CommandCNC1.0 to 1.1. One of the things in the release notes (about the 5th sheet in) shows that there is a check box for AutoSet in the Jet cutting operations settings window using the CandCNCPlasmaLLCNC-rev26.scpost and ...

Re: Help with licsence.
If I remember right, there is a menu item on the File drop down menu that is labeled "Save toolset as" that lets you save the current toolset where ever you want. Then you can take that toolset and load it on the laptop via File/load default toolset.

I would suggest you ask this question over on the PlasmaSpider forum. There are several guys over there that use the Proma THC.
